There's eight of us! All of us were dealt a really shitty hand by rotten adults and we all kinda banded together to do something about it when we were given the strength to do so. Akira's our fearless leader, he was fucked over by society and yaldabaoth manipulating things. Ryuji, Ann, Mako-chan and Haru all attend the same school as him. Inari is our outlier; they found him in an art gallery. And then there's me!
I guess cats can represent hope, sure. [but he listens when she talks, obviously enamored by the way she talks about her friends and thinking it over. rotten adults, huh? that seems to be the bonding point here.]
That's kind of cool...so you guys were kind of friends before but not really. And you're closer now? How'd you meet everybody?
