i'm pretty sure you would still need a partner, futaba-chan it's always been that way belief or not though it's possible the digimon could show up in the metaverse if a portal opened or something
i wonder if Necronomicon counts it's kinda digi-ish but i'm sure through the metaverse we could probably bridge the gap between them and up since it's a nebulous in between area! ... if only we could still access it.
things to investigate later! but yeah we lost access once we beat up yaldabaoth something something about it being the dungeon it created but if we- i can find a backdoor, maybe we can reopen it!
